Rates are per room per night. To be consider the high and low season and special days and hollidays.

single room: from Euro 55,00 to Euro 60,00

double/twin room: from Euro 70,00 to Euro 80,00

every extra bed: Euro 20,00 per person.

To confirm it is requested a pre payment or a number of credit card.

Cancellation pollicies are evaluation  of management.

Cancellation or riduction of stay 48h before of arrival: no penalty (one week before in high season).

cancellation or riduction of stay  after 48h before of arrival: withheld the pre-paymnet of garantee (from 6^ day in high season).
